The Body of Christ, the Church, has a responsibility to stay on guard and to always be prepared for the calamities that come on this earth.  Church has to do with the welfare of the earth not just a place where people come on Sunday and sing a few songs.  We are here to make a difference not just to attend church services. 

 

God is a people God.  He loves everyone and wants to see them taken care of and their needs met especially in times of disaster.  That’s where we come in.  In order to help the local church and ministries reach out to those affected in disasters we need to financially be equipped in order to help.

 

Our main goal as the church should be to prosper not only to meet our needs but meet the needs of others.  We are the blessed of the Lord to be a blessing.  Now is the time to believe God, plant seeds and receive the harvest so we can always be prepared to help in the time of need.

 

Our Father not only wants us to have our needs met but He wants us so blessed that we can be a blessing.  How great is that?  What an honor to be able to help others during calamities and disasters.  Bless the Lord!
