We had an awesome team come together to make this years Boxes of Love a tremendous success.  Our team packed over 3000 boxes of love, wrapped more than 1500 gifts, and assisted at 3 separate distribution sites! 

Christmas Mission In Buffalo

The following is a testimony sent to us from one of our team members.

This week has been simply amazing to me.  The different ministry times were awesome.

I think the Nursing Home was the one that totally hit me the hardest.

I went to this man.  I just held his hand and asked him if I could pray for him.  He said you sure can.  I said what about, he said I'm so scared....I got this big lump in my throat with tears behind my eyes pressing forth to come out but I knew I had to hold them back.  I said why are you scared, he said I don't know but I get that way a lot.  I said do you have family, he said I've been married for over 60 years.  I said what about kids do you have any and he said I have one son, but I don't bother him. I said does he come visit you, he said sometimes, but like I said I don't like to bother him.  But I get so lonely and scared being here sometimes.  I ministered to him and whenever I was finished I had him saying the name of Jesus.  He kept saying his name over and over. In the end I had seen someone go from gloomy and sad, to peace all over his face.  WOW!!!!  Whenever I started to leave him, he just grasped my hand, and said Jesus is with me, I said always and forever.
